Karla Sofía Cardona Navarro
Bachelor of Law at Universidad de Guadalajara with specialization in Civil Law focused on human rights.
Sofia’s research interests include human rights, citizenship and free development of migrants through their transition of territory and lifestyle as well as health issues and humanitarian aid, the creation of new public policies and their collaboration with international organizations and civil society. She is also interested on topics of displacement, refugees, asylum and the challenge that represents the prejudice and discrimination against migrants related to diverse connotations of nationality, culture, religion or preference in their search for new opportunities.
Sofia is passionate about sustainable development, urban planning and responsible use of natural resources regarding the migration system.
